User Data Deletion

You can delete your FixAds data at any time. When you delete it, we remove your Meta connection and access token, every diagnostic report we generated for you, and your account record. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

We permanently remove:

• Your encrypted Meta access token and the connection to your ad account.
• Every stored diagnostic, including findings, scores, and metrics we read from your account.
• Your profile and any subscription record we hold.

We do not keep a shadow copy of your advertising data. Deletion clears it from our systems, and backups roll off within 30 days.

There are three ways to delete your data.

From the app. Open the dashboard, go to Settings, and under "Delete account and data" choose "Delete my account and all data". Any active subscription is canceled immediately, everything is erased on the spot, and you are signed out.

From Facebook. Go to your Facebook settings, open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find FixAds, remove it and request the deletion of your data. Facebook notifies us through the official data deletion callback and we erase everything we hold for you automatically, returning a confirmation code you can check.

By email. Write to noesisai.it@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my data. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
