User Data Deletion

You can delete your FixAds data at any time. When you delete it, we remove your Meta connection and access token, every diagnostic report we generated for you, and your account record. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

We permanently remove:

• Your encrypted Meta access token and the connection to your ad account.
• Every stored diagnostic, including findings, scores, and metrics we read from your account.
• Your profile and any subscription record we hold.

We do not keep a shadow copy of your advertising data. Deletion clears it from our systems, and backups roll off within 30 days.

There are two ways to delete your data.

From the app. Open your account settings and choose Disconnect and delete. Your Meta connection and reports are removed immediately.

By email. Write to privacy@fixads.it from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my data. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

You can also revoke the connection directly from Meta. Go to your Facebook settings, open Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, find FixAds, and remove it. This invalidates the access token. To also erase the reports we already generated, send the deletion request above.

When your deletion is complete we send a confirmation to your account email. If you have any question about the process, contact privacy@fixads.it.
