Terms of Service

FixAds (https://fixads.it) is operated by Noesis AI, a non-profit association established under Italian law, based in Italy ("we"). Contact: noesisai.it@gmail.com. By using FixAds you agree to these terms.

FixAds is a diagnostic tool for Meta ad accounts. It reads your advertising data with read only permissions and produces findings and recommendations. FixAds does not manage your campaigns and does not guarantee any specific result. Every change to your account stays in your hands.

Use FixAds only for ad accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the decisions you make with your account: our findings are guidance based on your data and established best practice, not a promise of performance. Review each recommendation before you act on it. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or access data that is not yours.

FixAds Early Access starts with a 7 day free trial (one trial per Meta account), then renews monthly at the price shown before Checkout. Current localised launch prices are €29, $29, £25, C$39, A$45 or CHF 29 per month in supported markets. EUR, GBP, AUD and CHF prices include VAT or GST where applicable; applicable tax is added to USD and CAD prices. Other countries can be offered a local equivalent by Stripe. During the initial Early Access phase, Stripe payments can be collected through an account held by Mattia Beltrami, FixAds' founder and the authorized payment account holder for the Noesis AI project. The launch price remains attached to your subscription while it stays active. You can cancel anytime from Settings: if you cancel during the trial, access ends immediately and you are never charged; if you cancel while paying, access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charge is made. Amounts already charged for a started billing period are not refunded, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Payments and applicable tax calculations are processed securely by Stripe, and the exact total is shown before you subscribe.

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can permanently delete your account and every piece of data we hold at any time, from Settings or as described on the data deletion page.

We work to keep FixAds fast and available, but the service is provided "as is", and depends in part on the availability of Meta's APIs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

FixAds is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Meta", "Facebook" and "Instagram" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we will let you know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
