Privacy Policy

FixAds connects to your Meta ad account with read only access to diagnose your campaigns. We never change your account, we encrypt your access token, and we never sell your data. You can disconnect and delete your data at any time.

With your permission, we read advertising data from your Meta ad account: campaigns, ad sets, ads, and their performance metrics such as spend, reach, frequency, and return on ad spend. We request the read only scope, so FixAds cannot create, edit, pause, or delete anything in your account.

We use this data to run your diagnostic, produce your report, and power the in product agent that answers questions about your account. We do not use your advertising data to train models or to build profiles for third parties.

Your Meta access token is encrypted at rest. Your account data is kept isolated to your account and is used only to serve your reports. We retain it while your account is active and remove it on request.

We use a small number of processors to run the service, including our hosting provider, our database provider, our payment provider for billing, and an AI provider that powers the agent. They process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your data to anyone.

You can disconnect your Meta account, cancel your subscription, and ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to hello@fixads.it.
